Horses. What is it about the horse that is, at least to me, so compelling? Powerful, graceful, willing, willful, and more, much more that seems to speak at a level words don't reach.

Canine

Dogs. Perhaps the first animal people brought into their homes and lives. Companions, workmates, protectors. To have a furry, four-footed friend who will always greet you with with honest enthusiasm, stay close and listen to all your troubles, and provide hours of entertainment and companionship is to be blessed with a true friend.

Wildlife

This planet is full of wildlife. The little corner of the world I know best is home to just a few. I hope they will continue to have a place that is theirs to be as they are meant to be -wild. These places must continue to be protected and cherished.

Irish Themes

If there is such a thing as a soul-mate, I believe there is also such a thing as a soul-place. For me that place is Ireland. Her history, landscapes and people have a special hold on me that I find hard to explain, but feel deeply.
